Returns and Exchanges

What is our return and exchange policy?

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Here's how our process works:

Returns and Refunds: You can return products within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We kindly request that customers only test the fragrance before returning the product. Please note that bottles that have been extensively used or returned outside of our 30-day policy cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. 

If you purchased a bundle set, all items within the set must be returned together to receive a refund. If only part of the bundle is returned, we can only offer an exchange. For more details, please contact our Customer Services Team at support@scentamazein.com 

Exchanges: We offer exchanges once per order. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and indicate your preferred replacement item.

Free Items and Promotions: Please note that any free items received as part of a promotion cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If your original order included a free item and you choose to return part or all of the order, the free item must also be returned unused. Failure to return the free item will result in the deduction of its full retail value from your refund.

Return Shipping: Please be aware that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Where is my Exchange/Refund? To track the status of your return, please check your return tracking receipt. Once we receive your return, it generally takes about a week to process. Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost during transit by your chosen courier.
