What are your opening hours?

Our store operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (GMT). We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 working hours during this time. Kindly avoid sending messages through multiple channels as we prioritise them in the order they are received.

What is a Designer's Inspiration?

Designer Inspiration refers to a product that draws inspiration from a specific designer fragrance. Please note that these products are not replicas or copies.


What type of fragrances do you offer?

All our products are Eau de Parfums, which offer a high concentration of scent.


Are your products suitable for vegans and cruelty-free?

Absolutely! We exclusively use Vegan-Friendly Fragrance Oils, and our commitment to being cruelty-free is unwavering.


Can I safely spray your perfumes on clothing?

We recommend exercising caution when applying perfumes, including ours, on clothing due to the higher oil content that ensures a longer-lasting fragrance. Please note that spraying on clothes is done at your own risk.


How should I store my fragrances?

To maintain the quality of your fragrances, store them away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature conditions. Failure to do so may compromise the integrity of the product.


Can I modify or cancel my order once it's placed?

Unfortunately, our shipping process is automated, and therefore, we cannot accommodate modifications or cancellations once an order is placed.


How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 8AM Monday to Friday are processed and shipped on the same working day. You can expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding holidays). Please allow an additional day for customers in the Highlands and Islands.


When will my order arrive?

 Typically, standard delivery within the UK takes 2-3 working days. During busy periods such as Offer Periods, Black Friday, and Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer. For international orders, please refer to the delivery times mentioned in your email confirmation.


Where can I find tracking information for my order?

Please check your email for the tracking link provided at the time of dispatch. In case you cannot locate the email, kindly check your junk/spam folder as well.


My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order has arrived damaged, please take clear pictures of the outer packaging and the damaged bottle(s) with the bottle numbers visible. Email the pictures to our Customer Services Team at support@scentamazein.com. Retain the bottles and packaging until we complete our investigation. Please report any damages within 7 days of receipt.


My order is incorrect. What should I do?

Please compare the items you received with your order confirmation. If there are any discrepancies, email us at support@scentamazein.com, including a picture of all the goods received along with the packing slip. Any errors or mistakes should be reported within 7 days of receipt.


My order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

 If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@scentamazein.com, mentioning your order number. We will assist you promptly. Our team is available to answer emails from 9 am to 5 pm.
