At ScentAmazein, we utilise reliable shipping services to ensure your orders reach you in a timely manner. For UK deliveries, we ship via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, while for EU deliveries, we use DPD.

We offer two shipping options within the UK: 48hr Tracked for £3.99 and 24hr Tracked for £4.99. Orders over £45 qualify for free delivery. For international orders, please refer to the information provided during checkout for shipping rates.

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect a delivery time of 2-3 working days, with online tracking available. Royal Mail will keep you informed about your order's progress through email notifications. Please note that delivery times may be extended by an additional day for customers in the Highlands and Islands.

Orders placed before 8 AM from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same working day. Orders placed on a Friday (after 8 AM), Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday and will be carried out by Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the shipping service selected.

Unfortunately, our shipping process is automated, and therefore, we cannot accommodate modifications or cancellations once an order is placed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 8AM Monday to Friday are processed and shipped on the same working day. You can expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding holidays). Please allow an additional day for customers in the Highlands and Islands.

When will my order arrive?

 Typically, standard delivery within the UK takes 2-3 working days. During busy periods such as Offer Periods, Black Friday, and Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer. For international orders, please refer to the delivery times mentioned in your email confirmation.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order has arrived damaged, please take clear pictures of the outer packaging and the damaged bottle(s) with the bottle numbers visible. Email the pictures to our Customer Services Team at support@scentamazein.com. Retain the bottles and packaging until we complete our investigation. Please report any damages within 7 days of receipt.

My order is incorrect. What should I do?
